Faculty TA Request Form

SPRING 2026 TA requests are due by FEBRUARY  11, 2026 by 11:59pm, using this form.  TA lines are allocated by Social Ecology Graduate Affairs (SEGA) in conjunction with the Department Chairs.  Assignments of students to TA positions are determined by Department Leadership and/or Graduate Program Advisors/Directors.

Please note, problems can arise if faculty member initiates course planning with a particular TA candidate before TA assignments have been issued and finalized, as it is not always possible to accommodate the faculty member's request to have the TA candidate assigned to his/her course. Students who have been promised TA support as part of their initial recruitment packages are placed first.
