If you wish to request that a General Petition be submitted on your behalf to request that a course be waived, substituted, or counted as an elective, please begin by completing this form. SEGA will receive the information you enter and initiate the DocuSign process to involve all required signers. Required signers will then receive a notification via email. The final form will be delivered to Graduate Division electronically.

Prior approval from the student's graduate program is required. Please choose an option below to determine what materials you need to submit a complete request.

Requests should be submitted after a course has been completed.
